Ten-Year Strategic Horizon

Build the intelligence layer for understanding ageing.

Twentieth-century medicine excelled at acute, episodic intervention. Twenty-first-century ageing demands longitudinal infrastructure capable of observing gradual human change continuously, respectfully, and scientifically. Our ten-year roadmap is structured across three disciplined phases.

Phase I (Years 1–3) — Current Programme

Longitudinal Speech Intelligence & Vernacular Baselines

Establish the foundational voice capture, acoustic quality-control, and individual longitudinal baseline engine across major Indian vernacular languages. Partner with neurology, geriatric, and memory clinics to conduct prospective observational studies linking speech trajectories with independent clinical assessments.

Phase II (Years 3–6) — Prospective Validation & Multimodal Expansion

Validated Multimodal Ageing Measurements

Progress candidate digital biomarkers that demonstrate reproducible clinical evidence through formal regulatory pathways (including CDSCO SaMD frameworks where applicable). Expand the longitudinal baseline architecture to incorporate consented movement, sleep, and functional measurements alongside speech.

Phase III (Years 6–10) — Institutional Infrastructure

Foundational Intelligence Infrastructure for Global Ageing Research

Operate a globally trusted, privacy-preserving longitudinal intelligence platform that enables hospitals, clinical trial sponsors, and public-health institutions to understand ageing trajectories across diverse linguistic and demographic populations.
